On 23 - 25 April 2021, we joined together to celebrate Ohu Maatu 2021, in your homelands in Motueka for a special weekend of reconnecting, learning and celebrating.

The most important part of the weekend celebrations was our Hui-ā-Tau 2021, the Annual General Meeting.

Travel subsidy

NRAIT is once again providing a travel subsidy to encourage and assist whānau to attend the Hui-ā-Tau on 24 April and the associated activities throughout the weekend.

If you’re a registered NRAIT owner, live outside Te Tau Ihu and register and attend the AGM, you’ll be eligible for a $150 travel subsidy (one per adult). Whānau coming from outside Te Tau Ihu with tamariki aged under 17 who are registered with NRAIT will also be eligible for a per child travel subsidy of $50.  Owners living in Te Tau Ihu can apply for a subsidy to offset the costs of travel.

All subsidies are processed on receipt of application the week following the Hui-ā-Tau.  Proof of eligibility may be requested.
